The HMS Conway site provides both a historical and present insight into what is now considered a substantial naval institution.
The site explores the role the training ship played in producing well trained young men for eventual command at sea. Whilst not all those Cadets who attended followed a naval route, many would say that the disciplines learned prepared them for s useful career whatever that chosen path may have eventually become. The people who played the various roles to teach the Cadets are also referenced as well as the history of the vessels themselves and to the eventual shore based school in Anglesey.
